Baby bottle tooth decay mainly hits the front upper teeth, but baaki daanton ko bhi damage kar sakta hai. Sabse common reason hota hai raat ko bottle ya sipper me milk, formula, sweetened water, juice ya honey-mix dekar sulaana. Jab baccha so raha hota hai, liquid daanton ke 4 taraf baitha rehta hai, aur saliva bhi kam banta hai. Bacteria us sugar ko tod ke acid banate hain, jo dheere-dheere enamel ghisna shuru kar deta hai.
Pehle white spots ya dull lines dikhte hain, phir brown–black cavities, chipping, ya tooth breakage ho sakta hai. Baccha chota hota hai to pain ko clear express nahi kar pata – woh bas irritability, chewing me problem ya khane se inkaar ke form me dikh sakta hai.

Early dental visit se dentist pattern dekh sakta hai aur parents ko correct habits sikha sakta hai. Aim yeh nahi ke bachche se bottle suddenly cheen lo, balki comfort-maintain karte hue teeth ko unnecessary sugar attack se bachana hai.
